Karina Mikhli, CEO and Founder of Fractionals United, YourMBR LLC, Right-Size COO, and Your Resource Coach (YRC), started out as a teacher and then migrated to publishing. She spent much of her career managing content operations at various publishing houses, and the rest of it helping startups and nonprofits. Along the way she realized she had a knack for solving problems; streamlining processes; and setting up, optimizing and automating efficient systems.

She also loves learning by way of reading and writing about business books (check out her previous blog at Business Common Sense), and has recently discovered and become addicted to improvised theater.
